The hotel is located in the corner of a roundabout with heavy traffic. It was very noisy during the day and night. The room is not air- conditioned and it is impossible to open the window due to the noise level. Not a very comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Katie, were very helpful and attentive. The room was stifling hot with no air-conditioning. The controls on the wall did not work and the temperature remained consistenly hot throught the two nights we stayed. The Hotel was aware of this as there was a leaflet in the room advising us to use the fan, which was found under the dressing table. Also the lift was out of service throughout our stay, which was not helpful to my husband who suffers with osteoarthritis in his knees. In short we found the hotel not only overpriced but provided a wholly inadequate service and we would not recommend or stay there again.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Romford Central, and it is as its name suggests central to everything, shopping was excellant, sightseeing only a short train ride away, the Inn itself was lovely, the staff very helpful and friendly. Great selection on the Menu's and very good value for money. The room was spotless as was the bathroom, overall a great place to stay. We will certainly be back.

It was pricey for what it is. I always thought all premier inns were the same bit they're not. Tgi's one is dark and the rooms seem so much smaller. A disappointment.
